How to use/take Black Seed Oil?

There are 2 main ways you can use Black Seed Oil. You can consume it as well as place it on your body/skin. How to take for tumors?: (Fibroids, Cysts, Cancer, etc) Apply to the tumor: Lie down on your back and pour enough of the Black Seed Oil a cotton wool and place on your abdomen or affected area.
