How to use/take Black Seed Oil?

There are 2 main ways you can use Black Seed Oil. You can consume it as well as place it on your body/skin.

How to take for tumors?: (Fibroids, Cysts, Cancer, etc)

1. 1. Apply to the tumor: Lie down on your back and pour enough of the Black Seed Oil a cotton wool and place on your abdomen or affected area. You can place a hot water bottle or wrap yourself along with the wool with saran wrap for deeper absorption of the oil. Do this everyday for at least 30 minutes.
   2. Drink it: Take 1  tbsp daily. Wash down with water or cranberry juice.

How to take for Diabetes & Other health issues?:

1. Drink it: Take 2  tbsp daily. Morning and just before bed Wash down with water or cranberry juice.

How to take for acne and other skin issues?:

1. Apply it: Take a dab of the oil and apply it to the area 2-3x daily.

Consume 30 minutes after meal.
