Who should not use pearls?
- Do not use tampons 7 days before the onset of menstruation and wait at least 3 days after your last day of menstruation before using a tampon
- Do not use tampons during menstruation, if you are pregnant or if you are a virgin
- You may soak the tampon in a glass of water and use the liquid for douching
- Do not ingest tampons
