If your order is unpaid or still pending:
Simply log in to your account, go to My Account → Orders, find your order, and click Cancel.

If your order is already paid (Processing or On-Hold):
Please log in to your account, go to My Account → Orders, open your order, and click Request Refund. You can also reply to this email with your order details, and we’ll assist you with the cancellation request.

If you checked out as a guest:
Use the link in your order confirmation email to view your order and request cancellation, or reply to that email for assistance.
Please note, once your order has been shipped or marked as Completed, it can no longer be canceled.
Contact support or the vendor immediately through your Order History page.
