As a vendor on EirMed Fertility, you have the ability to set your own return, refund, and cancellation rules based on what works best for your products and business model.
How It Works:

Inside your vendor dashboard, you’ll find a section to enter your policies

You can customize each policy with clear terms (e.g., “Refunds accepted within 7 days,” or “Cancellations must be made within 24 hours”)

These policies will automatically appear on your store page and individual product pages, so customers know what to expect before they purchase

Avoid misunderstandings and Fewer disputes: When your policies are clearly stated upfront, there’s less confusion later. Customers know what to expect before they buy

Protect your store: You get to decide when a refund is fair and when it isn’t

Build trust: Shoppers feel more confident when they see transparent return and refund policies

Stay professional: In the rare event of a dispute, EirMed will use your stated policies as a reference to help mediate fairly
How to Set Your Store Policies
Add your Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies in 3 easy steps:
Step 1: Go to Your Vendor Dashboard
Log into your EirMed vendor account and click on “Store Settings” in the left-hand menu.
Step 2: Select the “Policies” Tab
Inside the Store Settings area, click the “Policies” tab. This is where you’ll enter:

Refund Policy (e.g., “Refunds accepted within 7 days of delivery.”)

Return Policy (e.g., “Items must be unused and in original packaging.”)

Cancellation Policy (e.g., “Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.”)
You can make your policies as flexible or strict as needed based on your products.
Step 3: Save Your Changes
Once you’ve entered your policies, scroll down and click “Save”.
Your policies will now appear on:

Your storefront page

Each of your product listings

The checkout screen, so customers see them before purchasing
