• Commissions are calculated only when you make a sale.

• The percentage is applied to the final sale price, excluding taxes and shipping.

• Example:

  • $100 sale on Free Plan → $80 paid to you, $20 retained as platform commission

  • $100 sale on Standard Plan → $90 paid to you

   

If a coupon or discount is applied to an order, the commission is calculated from the discounted amount, not the original price.

Example:

• Your product is $100.

• A 10% coupon is applied, making the subtotal $90.

• On the Free Plan (20% commission):

  • Commission = $18

  • Your Earnings = $72

This ensures that commissions are fair and reflect the actual transaction amount received from the buyer.

• Your real-time earnings can be viewed under Vendor Dashboard → Payments → Earnings.

• Once marked as “Available”, funds are ready for withdrawal.

• Earnings may remain pending for orders with refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.

a) Local Bank Transfers (Bahamian Vendors Only)

If you are based in The Bahamas, you can withdraw your funds directly to your local BSD or USD account at:

• Scotiabank Bahamas

• RBC Royal Bank

• CIBC FirstCaribbean

• CB Commonwealth Bank

Processing Time:

Same-day or next-day during banking hours.

b) PayPal (All Vendors)

For vendors outside The Bahamas, withdrawals are processed via PayPal in USD.

• Ensure your PayPal email is verified and linked.

• Funds usually arrive within 1–3 business days.

• No Minimum Withdrawal: You can withdraw any amount at any time, no matter how small your balance is.

   

• Flexible Requests: Submit withdrawal requests anytime from your Vendor Dashboard → Payments → Withdrawals.

   

• Processing Schedule: Withdrawals are processed within 7 business days of your request. Premium vendors may receive faster priority processing.

   

• Fees:

  • PayPal and bank transfer fees may still apply, depending on your chosen payout method.

     

  • These fees are charged by the payment processor, not by EirMed Fertility

   

• If a buyer requests a refund or chargeback, the amount will be deducted from your available balance.
  

• Repeated disputes may result in a temporary hold or suspension of withdrawal privileges

• Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

• Vendors are responsible for updating their products, pricing, and order tracking information.

• Orders without proper fulfillment or tracking may have payouts delayed or withheld.
