EirMed Ads Policies!

At EIRMED Fertility, we offer advertising opportunities to help fertility-related brands and service providers reach a targeted audience actively seeking fertility support, products, and wellness solutions. To ensure quality, transparency, and alignment with our values, the following policy applies to all advertising on our platform.

These guidelines outline the advertising standards and practices followed by EIRMED Fertility. They are meant to reflect our approach to advertising, but should not be considered legal advice or an exhaustive list of requirements. Advertisers are responsible for complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards — including those set by the FTC and CARU.

If you’re an agency placing ads on behalf of a client, it’s your responsibility to ensure the advertiser adheres to both these policies and any applicable terms. EIRMED Fertility reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time.

We welcome advertisements from businesses that align with the mission of EIRMED Fertility. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Fertility supplements and wellness products

  • Reproductive health services and clinics

  • Wellness coaches and therapists

  • Marketing and business support services tailored to fertility or wellness brands

  • Educational programs and tools

EIRMED reserves the right to reject or remove any advertisement that is misleading, inappropriate, or not aligned with our brand values.

Respecting Our Community

All advertisements must be appropriate for the EIRMED Fertility audience and uphold a respectful user experience.

You are not allowed to mislead users into sharing their personal information without clear consent. The misuse of personal data — including selling it to third parties who may exploit it — is strictly prohibited.

Ads must not interfere with how users interact with the site. They should never obstruct navigation, disrupt browsing, or blend in deceptively with site content. It must always be obvious which content is an ad and which is part of the platform.

We do not allow ads or landing pages that attempt to hijack the user’s browser, capture cursor control, or manipulate the browsing experience in any way.

Your advertisement must clearly identify your business or brand logo and showcase the product or service being promoted. All messaging should be straightforward, easy to understand, and consistent. Use clear language and legible fonts — avoid overly small text that could be hard to read.

Ads must provide enough information for the average viewer to make an informed decision. This includes ensuring that both the ad and the landing page include any necessary disclaimers or disclosures. Ad Content Guidelines

All advertising content must be:

  • Truthful and not misleading

  • Free from exaggerated or unverified health claims

  • Respectful and non-discriminatory

  • Appropriate for a general audience

  • Reviewed and approved by the EIRMED team before going live

 

Ads promoting unsafe products, illegal items, or false claims will be rejected without refund.


 

Payment & Duration

  • All advertising must be paid in full before placement begins.

  • Duration and pricing vary depending on the ad type and placement.

  • Discounts may be offered for bundled or recurring placements.

 

Refunds are not available once a campaign has started, unless due to technical errors on our part.

Quality & Best Practices

  • Each ad must have a single, clear call-to-action.

  • Ads must be entirely clickable across their visible area.

  • All visuals—images, logos, videos, and text—must be high-resolution and legible. Animations, if used, should be smooth and subtle.

  • The brand logo must be clearly visible within the creative.

 

EIRMED Fertility reserves the right to reject ads that:

  • Use flashing borders or excessively repetitive animation

  • Depend on deprecated formats like Flash

  • Auto-play audio without user initiation

  • Simulate fake functionality (e.g., dropdown menus, search forms)

  • Include contact details (e.g., phone numbers), unless part of the brand with explicit approval

  • Feature or link to offensive, defamatory, or discriminatory content

  • Contain expandables, floating ads, or pop-unders

  • Include malware, spyware, or redirect to unregulated content

  • Are misleading in messaging or design

Third-Party Display Ads / Landing Page Requirements

  • Must be fully functional and reflect the exact offer from the ad.

  • Must open in a new browser window.

  • Must include accessible and complete terms and conditions.

  • For offers also listed on EIRMED, the ad should link directly to the corresponding listing or page within the EIRMED domain.

To protect the integrity of the EIRMED Fertility platform and community, we do not permit advertising that involves or promotes offensive, harmful, or controversial topics. The following types of ads are strictly prohibited:

  • Illegal or unlicensed gambling services

  • Misleading tactics such as “bait and switch” promotions

  • Products making exaggerated, misleading, or unproven health claims

  • Content that promotes, glorifies, or implies violence, criminal behavior, obscenity, military conflict, terrorism, hate speech, or any illegal activity

  • Firearms, ammunition, weapons, or explosives

  • Pornographic material or nudity

  • Adult content or sexual wellness products (subject to prior approval)

  • Illegal drugs or substances

  • Political or religious advertising

  • Email scraping, harvesting, or aggregator services

  • High-risk financial services, including money wiring and payday loans (subject to review)

  • Services that violate UK or EU regulations

  • Body enhancement, plastic surgery, or invasive cosmetic procedures

  • Investment offerings, including stocks, bonds, or similar securities

  • Websites designed primarily to collect personal data for retargeting or unauthorized marketing

 

We reserve the right to review and reject any advertisement that we believe conflicts with the mission and values of EIRMED Fertility or that may negatively impact our users.
