To maintain the safety, legality, and integrity of our marketplace, the following products are strictly prohibited from being listed or sold on EIRMED Fertility. Vendors who list prohibited products risk immediate removal from the platform without refund.

1. Illegal or Prescription-Only Items

• Any product that requires a prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.

• Controlled substances or drugs not legally available for sale in the relevant country.

• Products banned under applicable national or international laws.

2. Unsafe or Unapproved Medical Products

• Unapproved fertility drugs or treatments.

• Products making unsubstantiated medical claims (e.g., “guaranteed pregnancy,” “cures infertility”).

• Medical devices not cleared or approved by relevant regulatory authorities.

3. Hazardous or Harmful Items

• Products containing toxic, dangerous, or banned ingredients.

• Expired or tampered goods.

• Supplements without proper labeling or ingredient lists.

4. Misleading or Fraudulent Products

• Counterfeit or imitation items.

• Misbranded products or false advertising.

• Products infringing on intellectual property rights (e.g., unauthorized branded goods).

5. Adult and Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit materials.

• Obscene or offensive products.

6. Other Prohibited Categories

• Weapons or dangerous tools.

• Products intended for illegal activities.

• Any other item deemed inappropriate or unsafe at EIRMED Fertility’s discretion.

Vendor Responsibility:

Vendors are solely responsible for ensuring that all products comply with this policy and applicable laws. EIRMED Fertility reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these rules and may take further action against repeat offenders.

Listings that violate this will be removed immediately.

EirMed is a multi-vendor platform. Each vendor is responsible for their own refund and return policies. Please read the vendor’s store policy before making a purchase.

For Buyers:

• Contact the vendor directly for returns or refunds.

• If a vendor is unresponsive, contact EirMed support at dispute@eirmedltd.com — we will step in if needed.

• Most products on EirMed may be returned within 20 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in original condition. Return eligibility is determined by the individual vendor’s policy listed on their store page.

For Vendors:

• You must clearly state your refund/return policy on your store page.

• You are responsible for resolving buyer complaints and issuing refunds when applicable.

 Shipping Responsibility

• EirMed does not handle or ship any products.

• Each vendor is solely responsible for shipping their orders and managing returns.

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the vendor explicitly offers free returns.

Return Process

To return an item:

1. Contact the vendor directly through their store page.

2. Follow the vendor’s return instructions.

3. Ship the item back to the vendor (if approved) using a trackable method.

If the vendor does not respond within 5 business days, you may contact EirMed Support for assistance at dispute@eirmedltd.com

Refunds

• Refunds are issued by vendors once the returned item is received and inspected.

• EirMed does not directly issue refunds, but we may step in to mediate if a vendor is unresponsive.

• Depending on your payment method, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of fertility-related products, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Opened supplements or capsules

• Perishable items

• Items marked “final sale” or “non-returnable” by the vendor.

Disputes & Guarantee

If a vendor does not respond, refuses a valid return, or fails to issue a refund, EirMed may step in to investigate. If necessary, EirMed reserves the right to issue a platform-funded refund and recover the funds from the vendor’s account.

Vendor Reimbursement Protection

If a customer misuses the return process or causes loss (e.g., returns an empty package), vendors may submit a reimbursement claim to EirMed within 7 days of the incident with proof.

Subscription Plans:

Vendor subscription payments are non-refundable. Please cancel before your next billing cycle if you do not wish to continue.

Payments & Disbursements

• All payments are collected by EirMed at checkout

• Vendor earnings (minus commission and fees) are disbursed on a 14-day rolling basis, after the order is marked complete and no disputes are active

• Payouts are made via [PayPal / Stripe / Wise / Manual Bank Transfer]

• You agree to pay platform fees including:

  • A monthly subscription fee (based on your plan)

  • A transaction fee or commission (based on your plan level)

Returns & Refunds

• You must state your store’s return policy on your vendor page
• All return requests must be responded to within 5 business days
• Refunds must be issued within 2 business days of receiving a returned product
• If you do not respond or resolve a return, EirMed may intervene and deduct the amount from your payout
• Certain products (like opened supplements) may not be eligible for return — this must be clearly stated by you.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to redirect customers off the platform

• Solicit or exchange payment outside EirMed

• Use copyrighted or false product information

• Post or sell fraudulent, misleading, or dangerous products

• Violate any applicable health, advertising, or e-commerce laws

Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Account Suspension & Termination

EirMed reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account at our discretion, especially if:

• You breach any of these terms

• You consistently receive negative reviews, fail to ship orders, or cause customer disputes

• You engage in fraud, abuse, or violations of the law

Data & Privacy

• EirMed may collect and store your information for transactional, legal, and marketing purposes in line with our Privacy Policy

• Vendors may not misuse or store customers’ personal information except to fulfill orders

All official policy warnings, updates, or appeals will be sent from:
