2. Add to Cart

Once you find a product you love, click “Add to Cart.” You can continue shopping across multiple vendors — your cart will keep all your items organized.

3. Checkout Securely

When you’re ready, click “Checkout.”

• You’ll see a breakdown of items by vendor

• You can enter discount codes if available

• Payment is processed securely using your selected method

Shipping & Delivery

All products are shipped directly by the vendor who listed them. That means:

• Shipping times and costs may vary depending on the vendor

• Some items may arrive in separate packages

• You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on the way

✅ Eligible Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from the description

• You receive the wrong item

• The product qualifies for return under the vendor’s policy and is unused and in original packaging

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health and safety regulations, the following products are non-returnable:

• Opened or used supplements, medications, or ingestibles

• Personal care or hygiene products (e.g., test kits, feminine care items)

• Any item marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale” on the product page

Please check the return policy on the product page before completing your purchase.

 How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Log into your EirMed account and go to My Orders

2. Select the order and click Request Return or Contact Seller

3. Provide a reason for the return and include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

4. The vendor will respond within 3 business days

Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method

• Once the vendor approves your return or refund, it will be processed within 3–7 business days

• Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the item was incorrect or defective

Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to a seller error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), the vendor will cover return shipping

• If you are returning for personal reasons (e.g., changed your mind), you may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the vendor’s policy
