You can report a vendor for:

Listing prohibited or unsafe products (e.g., unapproved fertility supplements, counterfeit goods)

Suspicious behavior (e.g., repeatedly changing store details, unreachable contact info, fake reviews)

Misleading product information (e.g., false claims, hidden ingredients)

Using unauthorized images, stolen content, or copyrighted material

Repeated cancellations or failure to fulfill confirmed orders

Attempting to contact you outside the platform for payment or delivery
-
Offering fake promotions, coupons, or payment fraud
-
Any other violation of EirMed’s marketplace guidelines
How to Report
Option 1: Through an Order
If you already placed an order:

Go to My Account → Orders

Click View on the affected order

Use “Report Vendor” or “Request Admin Support”
Option 2: For General Vendor Reports
No order needed — use our dedicated Suspicious Activity Report Form to report:

Vendor name or store
-
URL or product link
-
Description of the issue
-
Any screenshots or supporting evidence
You can remain anonymous, but including your contact details helps us follow up.
What Happens Next?

Our trust & safety team will review your report within 24–72 hours

If the report is valid, we may:

Issue warnings or remove listings
-
Suspend or ban the vendor
-
Flag the account for additional monitoring
-
Severe or repeated violations may lead to permanent removal from the EirMed platform.
