Shipping Policy


  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • We will notify you via email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number if applicable.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship using trusted carriers to ensure your products arrive in excellent condition. Estimated delivery times are:


  • Domestic (within USA): 2–5 business days

  • International: 5-7 business days (depending on customs clearance in the destination country)


Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs inspections.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@mom2b.com within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please notify us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and assist with a replacement or refund.


Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (dietary supplements, vitamins, and pills), we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially used products for health and safety reasons.

Refunds or replacements are only available if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • The incorrect product was shipped

  • The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the shipping carrier



Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within:

  • 48 hours of delivery for damaged or incorrect products

  • 7 business days after the estimated delivery date for lost packages

  2. A description of the issue

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges & Replacements

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. In some cases, we may request that you return the original item before a replacement is issued.
